Is my device compatible with VeSIM?

Most modern smartphones and tablets released after 2018 support eSIM technology. Compatible devices include:

  • iPhone XS, XS Max, XR and newer models
  • Samsung Galaxy S20, Note 20, Z Flip, Z Fold series and newer models
  • Google Pixel 3 and newer models
  • Huawei P40, Mate 40 series and newer models
  • Motorola Razr 2019 and newer models
  • Select iPad models with cellular connectivity

To check if your device is compatible, go to Settings and look for "Cellular" or "Mobile Data" options. If you see "Add Cellular Plan" or "Add eSIM," your device is compatible.

How does the VeSIM work?

VeSIM is an electronic SIM that allows you to connect to mobile networks without a physical SIM card. Here's how it works:

  1. Purchase an eSIM plan through our app or website
  2. Receive a QR code via email or in the app
  3. Scan the QR code with your device camera when prompted
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to activate your eSIM
  5. Enable data roaming to start using your data plan

Our eSIMs provide instant connectivity with no need to visit a store or wait for physical delivery. You can activate your eSIM immediately or schedule it for future use when traveling.

How can I contact VeSIM customer service?

How to share data with my eSIM?

You can share your eSIM data connection with other devices through personal hotspot functionality:

On iPhone:

  1. Go to Settings > Personal Hotspot
  2. Toggle "Allow Others to Join"
  3. Set a password for your hotspot

On Android:

  1. Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Hotspot & Tethering
  2. Tap on "Wi-Fi hotspot" and toggle it on
  3. Configure your hotspot name and password

Remember that using your phone as a hotspot will consume data from your plan and may drain your battery faster, so it's best to connect to a power source when using this feature extensively.

My QR code doesn't work. What should I do?

If you're having trouble with your QR code, try these troubleshooting steps:

  • Make sure your device is connected to Wi-Fi or has cellular connectivity
  • Restart your device and try scanning the QR code again
  • Ensure there's good lighting when scanning the QR code
  • Check if your device's camera is clean and can focus properly
  • Verify that you're following the correct installation steps for your device model

If you're still experiencing issues, you can manually enter the activation code:

  1. In your eSIM installation screen, look for "Enter Details Manually" option
  2. Enter the SM-DP+ address and activation code provided alongside your QR code

If none of these solutions work, please contact our customer service team for immediate assistance.
